Upward Treehouse

I’ve heard about this place for the past couple of years and have always wanted to stay here. It’s rumored to be one of coolest get-a-way locations in East Texas. So this weekend my wife and I booked the treehouse, and guess what? It’s amazing!!! I mean it’s really hard to describe it. First off, it’s a freaking four story treehouse nestled in the piney woods. How cool is that?? Not so far out that you hear the “banjo” playing 😉 but far enough out to really relax and unwind. It’s wrapped all around with multilayered decks to watch the sunrise or set, complete with seating and hammocks. There is a fire pit outside and fireplaces inside. I think this thing can sleep like a dozen people or so but yet perfect for two. And our host Jason and Liz are the best! They made sure we had everything we needed and then let us be. We will be back for sure! I just wish Google would allow a 10 Star rating.
